Jacquelyn J. MoranAssociate
Jacquelyn Moran is an associate with the firm concentrating her practice in all areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. The scope of her practice is diversified and includes representation of commercial lenders, landlords and lease finance companies. She also assists in referee matters handled by the firm. She previously served as Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Inclusion & Pro Bono Committee and is currently serving as Chair of the firm’s Summer Associate and Internship Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moran served as a Federal Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In addition, she also served as a Legal Intern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General and to the Honorable Kenneth A. Davis of the Nassau County Supreme Court.

Ms. Moran is admitted to practice in New York, as well as before the Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York and the Second Circuit.
Ms. Moran is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Nassau County Women’s Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association and serves as Chair of its Young Lawyers Division for the Eastern District of New York.
In January 2012, Ms. Moran was named Alum of the Month by Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
