Jacquelyn J. Moran concentrates her practice in all areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. The scope of her practice is diversified and includes representation of commercial lenders, landlords and lease finance companies. She also assists in referee matters handled by the firm. She previously served as Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Inclusion & Pro Bono Committee. She also previously served as Chair of the firm’s Summer Associate and Internship Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moran served as a Federal Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In addition, she also served as a Legal Intern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General and to the Honorable Kenneth A. Davis of the Nassau County Supreme Court. Ms. Moran is also a trained mediator and qualified to serve as a mediator in New York.
