Neil J. Moritt is the Founding Partner (retired) of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP. He retired at the end of 2018 but his wisdom, advice and counsel remains available to us.
Mr. Moritt has been a guest speaker and has conducted seminars in various aspects of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, complex construction litigation and direct marketing law. He has also written and lectured on lender liability issues. In addition, Mr. Moritt has appeared on news shows including CNBC’s ‘How to Succeed in Business.’
