Jacquelyn M. Moran, Esq. Appointed Chair Of Federal Bar Association’s Younger Lawyers Division

GARDEN CITY, NY; August 8, 2017 —Jacquelyn M. Moran, an associate at the Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, was recently appointed by the Federal Bar Association to serve as Chair of its Younger Lawyers Division (YLD)-Eastern District of New York Chapter, effective October 1, 2017.

The YLD is the largest division of the Federal Bar Association and is comprised of over 4,100 members across the United States. Its mission is to provide its members with quality educational and social programs over a diversified set of practice areas and legal interests.

Jacquelyn M. Moran concentrates her practice in all areas of commercial litigation. She also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Inclusion & Pro Bono Committee.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moran served as a Federal Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  In addition, she also served as a Legal Intern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General and to the Honorable Kenneth A. Davis of the Nassau County Supreme Court. Ms. Moran earned her J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
