Marshall O. Dworkin has significant experience leading critical matters for clients in all stages of litigation and across a broad range of practice areas, including financial products, real estate, general commercial disputes and crisis management. Mr. Dworkin has deep experience counseling prominent individuals and Fortune 500 companies, as well as real estate developers, co-op boards, private equity firms and startup founders.

Prior to joining Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, Mr. Dworkin was a commercial litigator in the New York City office of a large national law firm, and previously clerked for the United States House of Representatives Judiciary Committee.

  • Representation of a Senior White House official in relation to the Special Counsel Investigation of the 2016 Presidential Election and in a separate civil litigation matter.
  • Represented a music executive who served as an entertainment advisor for the Estate of Prince Rogers Nelson in proceedings related to the probate of the Estate.
  • Representation of a New Jersey real estate owner in a multi-million-dollar property dispute with a real estate investment trust.
  • Successfully represented an international utility company in a $1 billion arbitration against a software vendor relating to the implementation of SAP software.
  • Obtained a $1.4 million summary judgment for a majority shareholder regarding a capital call in a closely-held corporation.
  • Represented a large New Jersey law firm in a multi-million-dollar legal malpractice lawsuit.
