We are pleased to announce that Marshall Dworkin has joined the firm as an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group and that Rohan Maitra has joined the firm as an Associate in the Secured Lending & Finance Practice Group. Both reside in our New York City office.

Marshall concentrates his practice on complex business litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud and estate litigation in both state and federal courts.  He earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.

Rohan concentrates his practice on secured lending and finance where he represents both lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions and a variety of other lending transactions.  He earned his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
