We are pleased to announce that Dan Lust, Rebekah Sherry (pending admission to the Bar), Adina Sposta and Andrew Winters have joined the firm as associates.  Dan has joined our Intellectual Property Practice Group, Rebekah has joined our Bankruptcy and Litigation Practice Groups, Adina has joined our Trusts & Estates Practice Group and Andrew has joined our Litigation Practice Group.  Dan, Rebekah and Adina are located in our Garden City office and Andrew is located in our New York City office.

Dan focuses his practice on representing athletes, entertainers, musicians, and other celebrities in connection with their business transactions which include endorsement and sponsorship deals as well as complex business ventures. Mr. Lust also has an extensive litigation background and has handled high-profile matters for a diverse range of individuals and businesses including Fortune 500 companies. He earned his Juris Doctor. from Fordham University School of Law.

Rebekah  concentrates her practice in all facets of bankruptcy, restructuring and litigation matters. She previously served as a summer associate with the firm and earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.

Adina  concentrates her practice on all facets of trusts and estates matters including estate planning and estate and trust administration. In addition, Ms. Sposta also has over ten years of experience in both Civil and Surrogates Court in Kings County serving the Hon. Harriet L. Thompson. She earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Andrew focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has represented clients in a wide range of commercial litigation, including claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and estate administration. He earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, Juris Doctor, with honors.
