Andrew W. Winters joined Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP in 2022 and is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Winters focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has represented clients in a wide range of disputes, including claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and contested trust and estate proceedings.

Prior to joining Moritt Hock & Hamroff, Mr. Winters was an associate with an AM Law 100 firm and served as a litigation intern with the United States Department of Energy, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as well as the United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, earning law school graduate recognition for his pro bono work devoted to the public interest.

Mr. Winters also received a certificate for his studies of international human rights law governing multinational corporations’ global commercial activities at the University of Oxford in 2017.
