Terese L. Arenth and William M. Heberer Featured Speakers at 2012 PMA Marketing Law Conference
Terese L. Arenth, a partner of the firm, will present an expert roundtable discussion on Social Media Promotions; Keeping Up With The Platforms at the Promotional Marketing Association’s 34th Annual Marketing Law Conference “Converging Platforms & Diverging Laws” on November 13-14, 2012 at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers in Chicago. William M. Heberer, a partner of the firm, will present a panel discussion on Gamification- On-line Gambling, Virtual Currency, Advergaming, Fantasy Sports & Cyber Cafes at the conference.
The two day conference will focus on social media policies, developing applications for platforms and legal challenges, mobile marketing (including apps, privacy, and current issues), branded entertainment/rights issues, endorsement, talent and union contracts, gamification, on-line behavioral advertising, U.S. and Global privacy concerns, sweepstakes, contests, gift cards, coupons, and all forms of incentive marketing, advanced I.P. issues, and a host of other subjects.
The conference provides 18.5 CLE credit hours in NY and CA, including an ethics module.
