Terese Arenth & William Heberer Featured Speakers At BAA 35th Annual Marketing Law Conference
Terese Arenth and William Heberer, partners of the firm, will be featured speakers at the Brand Activation Association’s (BAA) 35th Annual Marketing Law Conference “Mastering the Next Wave of Marketing Law” on November 18-20, 2013 at the Downtown Chicago Marriott Hotel in Chicago.
The two day conference will provide practical advice on the laws affecting numerous marketing disciplines including domestic and international promotion, advertising, sweepstakes, social media, privacy, targeted advertising, BIG DATA, mobile, intellectual property, and many other key issues facing the industry today.
Ms. Arenth will present an expert roundtable discussion on Navigating the Tough FAQ’s for Social Media Platforms. Mr. Heberer will co-moderate a panel discussion entitled “Advance Consent, Telemarketing & Direct Marketing- The Current State of the Art.”
