Terese Arenth Featured Speaker For LI Marketing Networking Group’s Marketing & Advertising Law Seminar
Terese Arenth, a partner of the firm, will be a speaker for the LI Marketing Networking Group’s marketing and advertising law seminar on January 14, 2025 at Half Hollow Hills Library.
Ms. Arenth will lead the presentation titled “Marketing & Advertising Law In A Rapidly Changing Social/Digital Media Environment” that will address new trends and developments in relation to sweepstakes, skill contests and other types of promotions as well as provide practical pointers and best practices to mitigate legal risk in conducting social media promotions.
