Terese Arenth Featured Speaker At BAA 37th Annual Marketing Law Conference
Terese Arenth, partner of the firm, will be featured speakers at the Brand Activation Association’s (BAA) 37th Annual Marketing Law Conference “Walking the Line between Innovation & Regulation” on November 9-11, 2015 at the Downtown Chicago Marriott Hotel in Chicago.
The three day conference will provide practical advice on the laws affecting numerous marketing disciplines in social media, digital media, online behavior advertising, domestic and international promotion, sweepstakes, contests and games, big data, data security/breach, privacy, intellectual property, ligation and all the key regulations, cases and laws in effect or in the pipeline facing the industry today.
Ms. Arenth will moderate a panel discussion entitled “Just What Is Going On: The Surge in TCPA Litigation and Opt-Out/In Issues”.
