Terese Arenth Featured Speaker At ANA/BAA 39th Annual Marketing Law Conference
Terese Arenth, partner of the firm, will be a featured speaker at the ANA/BAA’s 39th Annual Marketing Law Conference “Breakthrough: Legal Strategies for Dynamic Businesses” on November 13-15, 2017 in Chicago.
The three day conference will provide practical advice on the laws affecting numerous marketing disciplines in social media, digital media, online behavioral advertising, domestic and international promotions, sweepstakes, contests and games, big data, data security/breach, privacy, intellectual property, litigation and all the key regulations, cases and laws in effect or in the pipeline facing the industry today.
Ms. Arenth will moderate a panel discussion entitled “TCPA Litigation in the New Regulatory Environment.”
