Michael Cardello & Leslie Berkoff Participate In ACAN’s Second Annual Court-Appointed Neutral Ethics Symposium
Michael Cardello, Managing Partner of the Firm, and Leslie Berkoff, Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice, will participate in the Academy of Court- Appointed Neutrals’ (ACAN) Second Annual Symposium on Court-Appointed Neutral Ethics, taking place on October 20 at New York Law School. The symposium will bring together judges, attorneys, court-appointed neutrals, academics, and ethics professionals to discuss evolving ethical standards and emerging challenges in the field.
Mr. Cardello will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the symposium, helping guide the program and facilitate discussions on the ethical responsibilities and evolving role of court-appointed neutrals.
Ms. Berkoff will participate in a distinguished panel addressing the ethical considerations surrounding the use of artificial intelligence in dispute resolution, including its implications for parties, counsel, ADR providers, and neutrals.
Hosted in partnership with New York Law School, the symposium offers an opportunity to engage with leading professionals on these timely issues and earn 4.0 CLE Ethics Credits. Attendees may participate in person or virtually.
