Leslie Berkoff, a partner of the firm, joins leading industry experts as a speaker for the New York State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section’s  CLE program “Commercial Arbitration Training For Arbitrators & Counsel” on July 17-19, 2023 at Cardozo School of Law in New York City.  The program will also be offered virtually via Zoom.

This comprehensive program will focus on managing an arbitration from the preliminary conference through the hearing and award and will include presentations on the law of arbitration, the ethical rules relating to service as an arbitrator, e-discovery, award writing, international arbitration, mental heuristics relevant to arbitral decision-making, the development of an arbitration practice, and more.
