Leslie Berkoff, a Partner of the firm, is serving a Facilitator and Speaker for the American Bar Association’s 2023 Arbitration Training Institute scheduled for March 9-10 at the law offices of Hogan Lovells in New York City.

This two-day comprehensive training in advanced arbitration skills will be presented by nationally recognized experts. It will feature sessions on every stage of the arbitration process examined from the vantage point of neutrals, advocates, and in-house counsel. Plenary sessions will be coupled with small group break-out discussions to enhance learning and interaction with faculty and colleagues.

Ms. Berkoff’s topic “Arbitration Ethics/ A Tour of Canon Land” will explore the unique ethical issues facing arbitrators and advocates with a focus on the Code of Ethics for Arbitrators in Commercial Disputes.
