Leslie Berkoff, a partner of the firm, is serving as the program chair, as well as a featured speaker on “What Every Business Lawyer Should Know About Bankruptcy”  at the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section’s spring meeting conference on April 6, 2017 in New Orleans.  During the same conference, Leslie will also serve as the program chair for the program “Has CMS Said Goodbye To The Bankruptcy Court?”, and additionally she will serve as the program co-chair, moderator and speaker for the program “The 1-2-3’s of Mediation Of A Merger & Acquisition Dispute”, a three part program.
