Leslie Berkoff Panelist For New York County Lawyers Association Bankruptcy Mediation CLE Program
Leslie Berkoff, a partner of the firm, will be a panelist for the New York County Lawyers Association’s CLE webinar “Post-Pandemic Bankruptcy Mediation: A New Chapter & New Solutions” on May 21 at 12:30 pm EST.
A panel of Bankruptcy experts, led by Hon. Elizabeth Stong and former Judge Melanie Cyganowski will discuss the use of mediation to settle Bankruptcy proceedings, with a particular emphasis on post-pandemic solutions.
Speakers will provide an overview of Bankruptcy Proceedings, with an emphasis on the areas that are particularly appropriate for mediation. Then, they will conduct a “Master Class,” demonstrating how a Fraudulent Conveyance Mediation unfolds, followed by a Round-table Discussion analyzing what took place during the “Master Class,” and a question and answer session.
