Leslie Berkoff, Chair of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, will be a panelist at the New York Law School’s and American Arbitration Association’s “Cutting Edge Issues in Commercial Arbitration” program on April 21, 2026 at New York Law School.
Seven arbitration experts return for their annual and provocative discussion of some of the most pressing challenges facing arbitrators.
Topics include:

- The Conundrum of Arbitral Jurisdiction and Arbitrability
