Leslie Berkoff, a partner of the firm, will be a featured speaker at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 25th Annual Northeast Bankruptcy Conference on July 12-14, 2018 in Stowe, Vermont.

Ms. Berkoff’s topic “Complex Commercial: This Year’s Most Important Issues in Commercial Restructuring” will provide an overview of the four most pressing issues in commercial restructuring over the past year, including debt characterization, third party releases, cram down interest rates, and rights of dissenting bondholders in and out of court workouts.
