The 90 minute presentation will provide practical advice on how you can prepare for complex, multi-party mediations and optimize the effectiveness of the process.  The presentation will also explore ways to tailor the process to the needs of the multiple parties, select an effective mediator, manage competing interests, and incorporate demands of the parties that might not have emerged in the original deal or transaction.
