Gary Rosner and Leslie Berkoff, Partners of the firm, will be speaking at the American Bar Association’s Advanced Mediation & Advocacy Skills Institute on October 21-22, 2026.
The Institute brings together leading practitioners and experts to explore developments, strategies, and innovations in mediation and advocacy, with interactive sessions focused on practical approaches to dispute resolution.
Gary Rosner will facilitate the General Track discussion, “Why People Make Bad Decisions,” exploring the behavioral and decision-making dynamics that can shape negotiations, mediation, and advocacy.
Leslie Berkoff will speak on “Complex Commercial Litigation, Cross-Border Disputes, and Insolvency Mediation,” examining strategies for navigating high-stakes commercial and insolvency disputes, including cross-border challenges, parallel proceedings, restructuring considerations, and stakeholder coordination.
On October 22, Leslie will also speak on “AI and Technology in Mediation: Tools and Best Practices,” exploring how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, are transforming mediation preparation and practice, along with practical applications and key ethical considerations for mediators and advocates.
