Michael Wickersham

Michael Wickersham focuses his practice on various real estate related matters. Mr. Wickersham represents buyers and sellers in a wide array of commercial transactions, including but not limited to, multi-family portfolio acquisitions, development project acquisitions, retail and office property acquisitions and commercial leasing transactions. He also represents lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial lending transactions, including acquisition and construction financing. In addition, Mr. Wickersham has overseen the closing of hundreds of new construction condominium units, as sponsor’s counsel, in congruence with our Condominium & Cooperative Services Group.
