Kelly D. SchneidCounsel
Kelly D. Schneid concentrates her practice on commercial litigation. Ms. Schneid represents business owners, commercial lenders, developers, and landlords, among others, in commercial litigation matters. She has successfully represented clients and litigated in state court, federal court, and arbitral forums concerning contract disputes, real estate disputes, and various business torts. She has experience in all stages of the litigation process including commencing actions, seeking emergency judicial intervention, engaging in discovery, preparing substantive and procedural motions, attending hearings, and drafting settlement agreements. She has substantial appellate experience briefing complex, novel issues and arguing motions to secure interim relief.
