Karen Davakis concentrates her practice on complex trust and estate litigation. She represents both proponents and objectants in contested probate, administration, accounting, turnover, and related trusts and estates proceedings. Her practice also covers all areas of trust and estate administration, estate planning and guardianship. Ms. Davakis is certified and frequently serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem in New York State Surrogate’s Court.
