Caitlyn M. Ryan is a partner in the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Securities practice, where she advises clients on significant business and legal issues, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex commercial transactions and corporate compliance matters.
Caitlyn’s M&A expertise, representing both sellers and buyers, encompasses complex equity and asset acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, spin-offs, corporate reorganizations and more. In addition to M&A, Caitlyn provides general corporate advice to privately held companies across all stages of their life cycles, from emerging businesses to long-standing organizations.
Caitlyn is a former college athlete who first joined the firm as a summer associate. She is the co-chair of Gotham NextLevel, a division of Gotham City Networking, Inc., and is actively involved in the firm’s Summer Associate and Internship Programs Committee and Associate Engagement Committee.
