Brian Boland concentrates his practice in all aspects of complex commercial real estate and asset-based lending, including Small Business Administration financing. He represents national, regional and local lenders in connection with commercial mortgage loans, construction loans, secured transactions, syndicated loans and loan modifications. Mr. Boland also advises lenders on a variety of small business and middle market loans, from review of credit approval, drafting and negotiating commitment and loan documents, through closing and funding. His practice also includes drafting and negotiating documents for purchase and refinance of commercial owner-occupied and investment properties throughout New York City and Long Island. In addition to representing multiple lenders in connection with government-guaranteed loans, Mr. Boland has also participated in several conferences and seminars on the subject of SBA 7(a) financing.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Boland represented a large regional mortgage lender, specializing in residential mortgage loan origination and modification, working closely with borrowers and title companies to bring thousands of loans to closing.
