Terese L. Arenth Appointed Vice-Chair Of ABA’s Marketing Interface Committee For Second Term
We are pleased to announce that Terese L. Arenth, a partner of the firm, has been recently appointed by the American Bar Association’s (Intellectual Property Law Section) to serve a second term as Vice-Chair of its Marketing Interface Committee (f/k/a Promotion & Marketing Law Committee).
The Committee furthers the goals of its members by sharing knowledge and balanced insight on issues relating to the interface between intellectual property rights and promotions and marketing law including: sweepstakes, contests and similar promotions, clearance, substantiation, and direct marketing laws, and advertising involving new technologies.
