We are pleased to announce that Leslie Berkoff, a partner of the firm, was recently selected to serve as Co-Chair of Special Projects for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) Mediation Committee.  In addition, we are also pleased to announce that Leslie has been appointed as an inaugural member of the Chapter 11 Lawyers and Judges Advisory Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York.
