Leslie A. Berkoff, a partner of the firm, will co-chair the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Health Care Triage Conference on June 26, 2009 at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy.  Ms. Berkoff will also serve as moderator for a panel discussion entitled “Low Hanging Fruit for Restructuring Health Care Entities: Turning Sour Grapes into Fine Wine.”

Marc L. Hamroff, managing partner of the firm, will moderate a panel discussion entitled “The Impact of the Financial Crisis on Financing the Health Care Industry:  Who Is Still Left and Wants to Play?”

The full day conference will address various topics pertaining to the current economic stress causing a new wave of healthcare bankruptcies across the country.
