Kelly D. Schneid concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and employment matters. Ms. Schneid represents business owners, real estate developers, financial institutions, commercial lenders, and landlords, among others, in commercial litigation matters. She has successfully represented clients and litigated in state court, federal court, and arbitral forums concerning contract disputes, real estate disputes, and various business torts.

Ms. Schneid further assists employers in investigating, resolving, and/or litigating allegations of workplace discrimination, retaliation, and breaches of restrictive covenants. Ms. Schneid is skilled at preparing employment handbooks as well as advising clients on corrective actions and best practices.
