Caitlyn M. Ryan concentrates her practice in all facets of corporate and healthcare law.  Ms. Ryan advises start-up and middle-market companies on corporate matters spanning the life cycle of a business, from formation through financing and exit transactions, and counsels healthcare practitioners on federal and state regulatory and compliance matters.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ryan served as a summer associate with the firm, and as a judicial intern to the Hon. Debra C. Freeman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
