Theresa A. Driscoll Elected To Turnaround Management Association-LI VP of Programming

Garden City, NY; November 20, 2013 — Theresa A. Driscoll, of counsel, at the Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP and resident of Port Washington, was recently elected to serve as Vice President of Programming for the Turnaround Management Association-Long Island Chapter (TMA-LI). Ms. Driscoll also serves on the Board of Directors of TMA-LI.

Theresa A. Driscoll concentrates her practice in the area of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Since 2000, Ms. Driscoll has been representing debtors, lenders, investors, trustees and secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases both locally and nationally. Ms. Driscoll earned her J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law. She is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).

The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. Established in 1988, TMA has more than 9,000 members in 49 chapters.
