Michael Cardello III Appointed Vice-Chair Of Commercial Litigation Section of Nassau County Bar Association

Garden City, New York; July 23, 2009 — Michael Cardello III, a partner in the Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP, has been appointed by the Nassau County Bar Association to serve as Vice Chair of its Commercial Litigation Committee.
Mr. Cardello concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy, and represents clients in the vehicle and equipment leasing industries with regard to all aspects of their business. He is a former law clerk for the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Cardello currently serves on the Committee for Civil Litigation of The United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He also serves as Director At Large on the Executive Board of the National Vehicle Leasing Association, as well as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Metro New York/Connecticut Chapter of the National Vehicle Leasing Association. He earned his J.D., M.B.A., and B.B.A. degrees from Hofstra University.
