Eric Mencher, Esq. Appointed Special Professor of Law at Hofstra University School of Law

Garden City, New York; September 7, 2005 — Eric M. Mencher, a partner in the Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP, was recently appointed to serve as a Special Professor of Law at Hofstra University School of Law. In this capacity, Mr. Mencher will teach a course on business drafting during the law school’s fall semester.
Eric M. Mencher is a partner at Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP where he concentrates his practice in all phases of corporate and commercial matters including corporate formation and structuring, transactions, employer/employee relations and general commercial contracts. In addition, Mr. Mencher has also established a reputation for negotiation on behalf of nationally known companies and local closely-held businesses. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Mencher was a partner at Horowitz, Mencher, Klosowski & Nestler, P.C. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and is a member of the American, Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations.
