Benjamin Geizhals Joins Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP As Of Counsel Expanding The Firm’s Reach In Healthcare Law

Garden City, New York; May 9, 2007 — Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP already know for its representation of lenders in the healthcare arena has announced that Benjamin Geizhals has joined the firm of counsel expanding the firm’s healthcare practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Geizhals served as of counsel to the firm of Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP in Garden City and New York City. Mr. Geizhals concentrates his practice in the representation of health care providers in transactional and regulatory matters. His clients include healthcare companies, doctors, dentists, other health care practitioners, nursing homes, medical billing and practice management companies. In addition to the negotiation and documentation of mergers and acquisitions of practices, and corporate, partnership and employment relationship issues, Mr. Geizhals represents providers in Medicare and Medicaid insurance audits and fraud investigations, disputes with managed care companies, and disciplinary, licensing and credentialing matters.
Mr. Geizhals earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Lawyers Association, the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Health Law Section of the New York Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
