We are seeking to hire an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our active Not-For-Profit Practice Group.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Interest and experience in representing not-for-profit organizations, particularly in the healthcare field.
• Excellent drafting and negotiating skills, the ability to effectively communicate with clients and counsel in a timely manner, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team when needed.

Responsibilities will include entity formation, application for federal tax exemption, preparation of policies and procedures, contract drafting and negotiation, and work on fundamental corporate transactions. Other responsibilities may include assisting in real estate and financing transactions for group homes, schools, and other facilities. Interest or experience in litigation and guardianship matters is a plus.

The salary for this position will range from $135,000 to $155,000 annually, based upon experience.
