We are seeking to hire an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our active Lending/Not-for-Profit Practice Groups. The ideal candidate should have:

• Extensive experience representing institutional and non-institutional lenders in sophisticated loan transactions, including equipment & transportation, real estate lending, ABL, syndications, Mezz loans and unsecured credit facilities secured by Real Estate.
• Experience structuring and negotiating business combinations and transactions, including familiarity with not-for-profit corporate matters and transactions.
• Experience preparing due diligence checklists and reviewing due diligence items, including entity formalism and governance documents is required.
• Excellent drafting and negotiating skills, the ability to effectively communicate with clients and counsel in a timely manner, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team when needed.
• Experience with SBA lending is a plus.

The salary for this position will range from $130,000 to $150,000 annually, based upon experience and office location.
