Steven P. Seltzer

Steven P. Seltzer was Of Counsel to the firm. Steven joined MH&H after a successful in-house career at MetLife, where he was an Associate General Counsel in the ligation group. His practice included overseeing a variety of commercial disputes including those involving insurance products, vendor and distribution contracts, post-transaction M&A issues, securities and real estate matters, as well as handling a variety of non-U.S. commercial disputes and public company disclosure matters on behalf of MetLife. He also had experience working with a cross-functional team in cybersecurity incident response preparation efforts and with the development of incident response plans.

Prior to going in-house, Steven worked at two large Manhattan law firms handling defense litigation in both federal and state court employment discrimination matters and counseling on employment and employee benefit matters.

As an active member of the community, Steven served as a Board Member of Hebrew Union College- Jewish Institute of Religion and as a Trustee to the All Stars Project Development School for Youth.  He was also a Past Chair of the New York City Bar Association Diversity Fellowship Program, a Past Secretary & Board Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel- New York Chapter, and a Past Member of Emory College Alumni Board.
