Robert S. Cohen Featured Speaker At Association Of Corporate Counsel’s Cybersecurity Summit
Robert S. Cohen, a partner of the firm, will be one of the featured speakers at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC)- New York City Chapter’s cybersecurity summit “Our Davos for Data Protection” on November 15, 2017 from 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
The summit will cover various critical issues pertaining cybersecurity, data and privacy. Mr. Cohen’s topic “Electronic Signatures: Decreasing Fraud with New Technology” will cover the basics of electronic signatures, electronic vaulting and practical tips for setting up and using this technology. In addition, he will also discuss enforcing electronically signed documents and how a properly created e-signature process can reduce the risk of fraud.
ACC is a professional association serving the business interests of attorneys who practice in the legal departments of corporations, associations and other private-sector organizations around the world. ACC states that it has more than 34,000 members employed by over 10,000 organizations in 85 countries.
