Robert L. Schonfeld will be a featured speaker at the Neighborhood Preservation Coalition of New York State’s Statewide Housing Conference “Revitalization: Building New York’s Future” on October 28, 2010 at New York Law School.  Mr. Schonfeld’s topic is entitled “NIMBYism: The Implications of Prejudice in Our Own Backyard”.

The two day conference will cover green building strategies, community revitalization efforts, innovations in planning, development and preservation in today’s housing industry, as well as solutions for all areas of sustainable communities including environmental, transportation and health. The conference is sponsored by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and The Center for Real Estate Studies and Justice Action Centers of New York Law School.
