Robert Cohen & Julia Gavrilov Panelists For ELFA’s 2026 Legal Forum
Robert Cohen and Julia Gavrilov will be panelists at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s 2026 Legal Forum on May 3-5, 2026 in Baltimore, MD.
Mr. Cohen, a panelist for the Motor Vehicles Roundtable, will discuss hot topics in vehicle finance for 2026. Additionally, he will also serve as a panelist for the Implementing and Using e-Signatures & e-Documents in the Real World session which will explore how e-signatures and e-Documents are being operationally implemented and used in the industry. This session will also focus on best practices and how the recent UCC amendments may impact your underlying EF documentation.
Ms. Gavrilov, a panelist for the Stranger Things – Quirky State Laws Impacting Commercial Transactions session, will discuss some of the quirky existing state laws that may affect how you structure and/or enforce equipment finance transactions in certain jurisdictions.
