Michael Cardello To Moderate NCBA’s Views From The Bench: Hot Topics In Litigation CLE Seminar

Michael Cardello, a partner of the firm, will serve as the moderator for the Nassau County Bar Association’s (NCBA)  CLE seminar “Views From the Bench: Hot Topics in Litigation with the NCBA Federal Courts Committee” on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Bar Association.

Highly regarded jurists, Hon. William H. Pauley III, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York, Hon. Steven I. Locke, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York, Hon. Leonard B. Austin, Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department, and Hon. Timothy S. Driscoll, Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Nassau County Commercial Division, will discuss current and critical litigation issues and provide practical advice on how to succeed in the courtroom.

The seminar provides 2.0 MCLE credit hours in professional practice.
