Marc L. Hamroff To Speak At GGI World Conference
Marc L. Hamroff, managing partner of the firm, will speak at a workshop session “Successfully Transitioning A Firm To The Second Generation” at the Geneva Group International’s Worldwide Conference to be held on October 22-25, 2015 in Boston.
The workshop will focus on succession planning in professional services firms, differentiation between law firms and accounting firms, legal roadblocks, retirement structures, hurdles to overcome and establishing a “culture for succession”. Mr. Hamroff will also discuss his firm’s approach, how changing models enable and incentivize young lawyers to join and grow with the firm and senior lawyers to mentor future leaders.
