Marc L. Hamroff, Managing Partner, To Speak At ELFA Annual Legal Forum
Marc L. Hamroff, managing partner of the firm, will speak at a roundtable discussion “LegalTalk Live from Orlando” at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s (ELFA) Annual Legal Forum to be held on April 19-21, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
The discussion will cover a variety of hot leasing topics including: the treatment of cash collateral and letters of credit in a lessee bankruptcy, the risks faced by chattel paper purchasers from a bankrupt lessor, how to best sell lessee assets, and lessor liens vs. consignments.
The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) is the trade association representing financial services companies and manufacturers in the $650 billion U.S. equipment finance sector.
