Marc L. Hamroff, Managing Partner, Featured Panelist At ELFA’s Credit & Collections Management Conference
Marc L. Hamroff, managing partner of the firm, will be a featured speaker at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s (ELFA) Annual Credit & Collections Management Conference to be held on June 7-9, 2009 at the Marriott Crystal Gateway Hotel in Crystal City, Virginia.
Mr. Hamroff will speak on a variety of hot topics in equipment leasing including: end-of-term issues; the effect of new legislation in various states for equipment finance companies; the nuances of bundling equipment in a lease transaction; and the critical issues that arise during a transfer of leases.
The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) is the trade association representing financial services companies and manufacturers in the $650 billion U.S. equipment finance sector.
