Marc Hamroff, managing partner of the firm, and Michael Cardello, a partner of the firm, will present at the Equipment Leasing Association’s Credit & Collections Management Conference on Monday, June 12, 2006.  The three day conference will be held at the Hyatt Denver Hotel in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Hamroff’s topic “What Are You Financing?” will address the financing challenges of “soft” collateral and their solutions, along with the dilemma raised in structuring these types of transactions.  New strategies to reducing enforcement risks will also be discussed.

Mr. Cardello’s topic “Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005: What You Need to Know About the Changes in Bankruptcy Law” will focus on the ramifications of the new law, and the addition of the needs based test for qualifying under the bankruptcy code for Chapter 7 filings.
