AM&AA Long Island Chapter Members Dennis O’Rourke and Brian Califano will interview participants on both the buy and sell-side of successful transactions executed during the pandemic and how their approach to their transactions was impacted by the presence of COVID-19. From the buyer perspective, Dennis O’Rourke will interview Reid Arstark, VP & Senior Counsel at Henry Schein, Inc.’s in-house legal department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. From the seller’s perspective,  Brian Califano will interview Jonathan S. Leonard, President of Mercury Notifications and formerly the CEO of Lencore Acoustics Corporation.
