In this restrictive covenant case, MHH&H represented an independent sales representative who was sued by a group of related importers and distributors that he represented, after he accepted a position representing a competitor of the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs sought to enjoin the former sales representative from engaging in competition with the plaintiffs. MHH&H successfully argued that the sales representative was not bound by any enforceable restrictive covenant and all claims against the sales representative were dismissed.
