Steven R. Greenes

Steven R. Greenes has over 20 years of experience in the representing publicly and privately held design, branding and website development firms. The scope of his practice is diversified and includes the negotiation and preparation of master sales agreements, project and joint venture agreements, and agreements for the sale of companies up to $30M, as well as drafting shareholder and operating agreements, employment and severance agreements, effecting corporate mergers and acquisitions and representing clients in restrictive covenant disputes. Mr. Greenes also serves as counsel to many closely held companies in the New York metropolitan area and has handled numerous disputes between owners of closely held companies resulting from oppression of minority owners, including dissolution and valuation proceedings. He has also served as lead counsel in disputes involving major Manhattan medical practices, numerous high end hair salons, and well known real estate ownership and brokerage groups in heavily contested matters in which his clients were able to consummate buyouts ranging from $4M to $15M.

Mr. Greenes also handles various complex real estate matters including the sale, refinancing and leasing of commercial and high end residential properties and lease buy outs. He represents banks and borrowers, as well as landlords and tenants.
