Sean E. Mitchell concentrates his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate and asset-based lending. He represents developers, lenders and entrepreneurs in connection with the financing, development and re-development, leasing (including retail, office, industrial and ground leasing), management and sale of commercial real estate. He also represents commercial lenders and investors in connection with the financing of commercial real estate properties in Florida and Pennsylvania (and other states with local counsel) and handles matters involved with the structuring, merger, acquisition and disposition of business entities.
